Upon receiving your order, we ask that you mail any items back within seven (7) days. After this time period, we reserve the right to deny a return.
Items returned must be unopened and in their new condition including the original packing slip. When we receive your items, you will receive web store credit only. The credit will be what you paid originally for the product, minus the shipping cost. If any returned item is opened, or show signs of damage to the product, we reserve the right to deny credit for the return.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns for opened/used packages for any reason. Wakasa supplements work different from person to person and we cannot guarantee individual results. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
